Jakarta Provincial Government is cooperating Uni Papua to give football training for thousands children in the flats. As planned, the competition of City Governor Cup will be held in the upcoming September.

Jakarta Governor Basuki 'Ahok' T Purnama recorded from 22 flats in Jakarta, there are 3,000 children. They will get football training.

"There will be Governor Cup in the upcoming September. We will do selection. And the final will fall in the upcoming October," he stated, at City Hall. Friday (8/28).

He hopes land in Kemayoran, Central Jakarta, may soon be handed over to Jakarta government. Thus, it could be used as a sport facility for flat residents.

"We want to be like the United Kingdom. I hope the handover could soon be realized from State Secretariat," he expected.

Hari, one of representatives of Uni Papua disclosed that his side would bring six Brazilian coaches. They will be exist in Indonesia one month. "We are very pleased to be given the opportunity to foster children in the flat. So they can play football," he acknowledged.

On that occasion, the Uni Papua also donated 500 balls. "These balls are from one world football foundation . They designed a ball to magic ball, ball without pumping. The ball is indeed for children in the flat, which having a good quality," he uttered.
